If you cannot find your answer to your question in the Help Center, please send an email to Help@DollsAndDaydreams.com  Due to different time zones please expect a response within 1 business day (24hrs). Emails are responded to in the order they are received. 

We are closed on Public Holidays. Please expect delays in response time, if you send an email outside of business hours, e.g. over the weekend or on a public holiday.
